NCC Presents " A Food Journey: From the Garden to the Classroom"

Bethlehem, PA (01/20/2021) — Northampton Community College (NCC) Professor Kelly Allen is passionate about diverse food cultures and sustainable food systems. His commitment to social, agricultural, and environmental justice is evident in his classroom and day-to-day life. Allen, the developer and coordinator of NCC's East 40 Community Garden, will lead the interactive Zoom presentation "A Food Journey: From the Garden to the Classroom" on Wed., Feb. 10 at 4 p.m. Learn how a garden can serve as space for the nourishment of the body and the mind.
