NCC to Offer Class on Sewing Outdoor Fabric Cushions & Pillows
Make a box cushion cover and a knife-edge pillow.
Bethlehem, PA (04/10/2019) — Just in time for summer, Northampton Community College is offering a new class, "Sewing Outdoor Fabric Cushions and Pillows" on Saturday, April 27, at 9:00 a.m., at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third Street, Bethlehem.
Participants will learn how to work with outdoor fabrics such as canvas to sew a zippered knife-edged pillow and a box cushion cover with cording. Basic sewing experience is a prerequisite. Students will purchase their own project fabric for the box cushion.
