NCC Offers Online Nonprofit Management Certificate Program
Program is offered in partnership with LaSalle University
Bethlehem, PA (09/01/2020) — In partnership with LaSalle University, Northampton Community College (NCC) will offer a certificate program in nonprofit management. The first of several workshops will be held online on Thursday, September 17, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00pm.
Participants will learn the key responsibilities of senior managers and executive directors (fundraising, finance, HR, marketing, programming, etc.) as well as the critical relationship between staff and board in any nonprofit. Pathways to becoming an effective leader, manager, and facilitator will be clarified. The program will teach participants how to identify potential critical management issues and address them effectively.
Nonprofit Management 101 is the first of ten popular and practical classes for current and future nonprofit leaders. Completion of this non-credit series of classes will result in a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from La Salle's Nonprofit Center and CBI.
