Wine and Dine around the World with NCC Series
Get a taste of Chile, Australia, Italy and France!
Bethlehem, PA (08/30/2021) — Without leaving the Lehigh Valley, dine and wine abroad, learning which wines and meats go best with pastas through Northampton Community College's new series Wine and Dine around the World. The classes will be held every third Friday from September 17 through December 17, 6:30 - 9:30 p.m., at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third Street, Bethlehem. You must be at least 21 years of age to attend these classes.
Sommelier Michel Emerick and his wife, Maria, a certified nutritionist, pair up to share their expertise in food and wine pairings, to make this Friday-night dinner party series an outing to remember. Participants will learn about foods and wines of Chile, Australia, Italy and France.
