Bao buns are like fluffy tacos with an Asian flair.
Bethlehem, PA (08/25/2021) — Make bao buns, a fluffy, taco-like dish with an Asian flair, at a class at Northampton Community College (NCC), Thursday, September 9, 6:30 - 9:30 p.m., Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third Street, Bethlehem.
Shape the buns and fill them with braised pork, and garnish them with citrus kimchee and aioli pickled vegetables. The Bao Buns class is taught by Emily Fischer, chef at the Limeport Inn and an NCC culinary grad.
