NCC to Offer Certificate Program in Restaurant Supervisory Skills Training
New certificate program enhances leadership skills.
Bethlehem, PA (01/17/2019) — Northampton Community College (NCC) is offering a new certificate program in Restaurant Supervisory Skills Training for bartenders, servers and other employees identified for their abilities and promoted to management and leadership positions.
To earn the certificate, participants must take all four classes; classes may also be taken individually for personal growth. All classes are taught at the Easton Educational Outreach Center, 25 S. Third Street, Easton. Classes include:
Customer Service. Monday, February 4, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The Mindset of a Leader. Monday, February 11, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Best Practices in Leadership. Monday, February 18, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Fundamentals of Restaurant Finance. Monday, February 25, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
